Highly experienced team

Our team is made of highly accomplished and experienced professionals from different fields who are intrinsically motivated for excellence. Our team of professionals is headed by Mr. Michael Baah a Chartered Accountant, Fellow member of Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Certified Tax Accountant and a Professional Certified Forensic Accountant by Profession. He graduated with BBA Accounting degree and  MBA in Finance with Distinction from both Ghana and India respectively. He is a member in good standing with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana.

He has more than eighteen  years of experience at senior levels in Accounting, Auditing (both internal & external), Financial management, Training, Consulting and Advisory Services in Public/Private institutions in Ghana and development partners such as DANIDA, USAID, EU, UNFPA, UNDP, CIDA, etc.

Michael resigned as the Deputy MD and Chief Finance Officer of Assurance Savings and Loans after serving as Consultant to set up the Bank from its inception. Having also worked as  Head of the Internal Audit, Financial Controller, Accounts and Tax Manager in various private companies in Ghana, he decided to concentrate and focus the rest of his working life consulting, resurrecting and resuscitating most Ghanaian SMEs sector who winds up before 40 years or immediately after the death of its owner(s). His passion is guide by the following personal philosophies:

• His ability of creating worth does not depends on any employer but himself
• Success is measured with impact your made to society and positively influencing others life and not your own
• Professional should not just work till retirement but beyond death where his license could be franchise to service generations, create employment for generations for their livelihoods.
