He was a member of the pioneer group of students and the 1994 graduate class of T. I. Ahmadiyya Junior Secondary School ‘B', Asokwa, Kumasi. He attended Opoku Ware School (OWASS) for his second cycle education where he studied Business. He was the House Prefect of St. James House. He graduated in 1997. He proceeded to Valley View University where he graduated with a first degree in Business Administration (Accounting). While there, he was an elected member of the Valley View Students Association and also Valley View University Business Students Association. He brought a lot of transformation to students’ activities at Valley View University. He graduated in 2004. Due to his desire to become a lawyer, while working as Head of Accounts with a haulage and plywood trading company, he took to study law on part-time at the faculty of law of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi. He graduated in 2008. He got admission into the Ghana School of Law and successfully graduated. He was called to the Bar in 2011 as a Barrister of the Supreme Court of Ghana. He has since been practising. Augustine Asarfo-Adjei, Esq is currently the Head of Chambers of Asarfo-Adjei Attorneys Pruc Ltd after having been an Senior Associate Member of Nkrabeah and Associates. He is also the Board Secretary of Ashanti Ports Services Limited. Aside his academic and professional practise qualification in Law, he has practised accounting, finance, economic and business administration. In his practice of law, he specializes in land law, labour law, corporate and commercial law, and taxation, Chieftaincy and Family laws as well as criminal law.
