Charles Asare Bamfo is a Development Planner, Policy Advocate, Monitoring and Evaluation, Organisation Development and Change Management, Capacity Building, Training and Research Consultant with twenty- nine years working experience in development and management consulting space in Ghana, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Ethiopia and Kenya. He has been involved in several interventions aimed at poverty reduction, improving good governance, organisational effectiveness and local level development. He is a faculty member of Organisation Development Centre, Ghana and OD Institute. He has also undertaken short term consulting assignments for many international agencies such as UNDP, UNESCO, UNICEF, FAO, World Bank, GIZ, DANIDA, DFID; USAID and CIDA and several non-governmental organisations. Public and Private Sector organisations. He lectures part time at the OD Centre Ghana and the Ghana Institute of Journalism Accra as well as served as a Guest Lecturer at the Institute of Development Studies UCC Sandwich Programme.
