Michael is the Principal Consultant and the Founder of MICON CONSULT, he is a senior finance executive, a lecturer, consultant and a business man with over twenty years’ experience and ambitious professional person with extensive qualifications and knowledge in the fields of preventing and detecting financial crimes, Develops and implements AML policies, procedures, and training programs. I have investigated suspicious transactions, Assesses and mitigates risks associated with new products, services, and customers, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Specialist: Conducts CDD checks on customers, including identity verification and risk profiling. Tax, Financial Management, Credit Financing, Accounting, Auditing (both internal and external), Risk Management, System Deficiencies and Internal Control Reviews, Special Investigations and Fraud Assessment, Human Resource Management, Financial Markets, Business Plans, Feasibility Studies, Expression of Interest, Proposals, Restructuring, Rescue Financing, Lecturing, Training, Coaching and Consulting in practice, who has particular , attention to detail with a creative and innovative approach to solving problems. Academically, he is a Business School graduate of Valley View University-Oyibi with BBA-Accounting Degree and MBA -Finance Degree from Assam Down Town University, India with distinction.
